User Data Deletion Policy

1. Your right to deletion

Under applicable data protection laws and Facebook/Meta Platform rules, you have the right to request the complete removal of your personal data from the Propabridge platform. This includes:

  • Your account profile and contact information

  • Saved property searches and preferences

  • Chat history and interactions with the Propa AI WhatsApp concierge

  • Records of property inspection bookings

  • Property submission details (if you are a verified seller/landlord)

2. How to request data deletion

To permanently delete your activities and data associated with Propabridge and our WhatsApp services, please follow these exact steps:

  • Send an email to privacy@propabridge.com (or your designated support email)

  • Use the exact subject line: "Data Deletion Request"

  • In the body of the email, include the phone number (used for WhatsApp) or the email address associated with your Propabridge account

  • If you are a property owner, please specify if you want your verified active listings removed as well

3. The deletion process

Once we receive your request, our team will take the following actions:

  • We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate

  • We will permanently erase your profile, search history, and AI chat logs from our active servers within 7 business days

  • We will sever the connection between your phone number and our Meta/WhatsApp API business account

  • You will receive a final confirmation email once the deletion is complete

4. Data retention and exceptions

While we respect your right to be forgotten, Propabridge may be required to retain certain specific data points for legal, security, or compliance reasons. We may temporarily or permanently retain:

  • Records of completed financial transactions or success fees for accounting and tax purposes

  • Legal verification documents (CAC, Proof of Ownership) if tied to a completed transaction or active dispute

  • Data associated with accounts banned for fraud, scams, or violating our "Zero Fake Listings" policy (retained securely to prevent the user from creating a new account)

5. Third-party data and WhatsApp

Please note the limitations of our deletion capabilities regarding third-party platforms:

  • Deleting your data from Propabridge removes it from our database and our AI servers

  • We cannot delete the chat history stored locally on your personal mobile device inside the WhatsApp application

  • To clear the conversation from your phone, you must manually delete the chat thread with Propa AI within your WhatsApp app
